Find a Right Marriage Officiant

 

Congratulations on your upcoming New York City wedding! My name is Kevin. We are ordained interdenominational clergy and marriage officiants legally registered with the New York City Clerk's office.

The ceremony is not just a simple exchange of vows and rings. Our job is to make your wedding ceremony joyous and memorable and of course, legally help you to complete your marriage registration process. If there is anything special you have always dreamed of adding to your wedding ceremony, We will help you to fulfill your desire for a loving and gentle ceremony.

The ceremony can be conducted by Chinese (Mandarin) or English depend on the needs, and also be religious or civil. I can hold the ceremony at the location of your choice, or some outdoor sight spots.  

Sometimes the ceremony schedules fill up quickly, so please send email to marriage.officiant.nyc@gmail.com with your needs and I will always try my best to accommodate you.

For the legal marriage registration process, the couples should come to the ceremony with:


· Your photo ID

· Two witnesses

· Your temporary marriage license

· and self addressed envelope which obtained from the City Clerk's office

Price range is according to the ceremony location，whether need us to company you to city clerk hall, or provide witness etc.

*By New York State Law, same-sex marriage is legal and protected by state law. We also provide cerenomy for same-sex couple.

根据纽约的婚姻法，正式婚姻生效是在由宣誓等组成的一系列仪式完成之后。仪式由市政府认可的主婚人或司仪来主持，然后由他们帮你获取正式的结婚证。所以我们除了为你们提供一个具有纪念意义仪式外，当然最重要的就是按照法律要求，为你们完成婚姻注册的程序。

主婚仪式可以用国语或英语主持，风格可以按照你们的喜好，办成传统的或现代的，具有宗教性的或非宗教性的。或是你们已经有一些自己的设计，我也可以配合完成。根据婚礼仪式的情况，主婚仪式可以在你们选定的场所，或者一些户外景点。

为了顺利完成法律要求的结婚程序，在仪式当天，新人需要带上：

 有照片的证件

 两位证婚人

 市政厅发的临时结婚证

 市政厅所发的带地址的信封

价格取决于仪式举办地点, 是否陪同去市政厅，或是提供证婚人。

*根据现行纽约州法律，纽约政府承认同性婚姻，并给予一样的婚姻法律保护。我们同时也提供同性婚姻的仪式服务。
